Site blueprints for Epstein's private Caribbean island featured within the released materials.
Additionally included in this new document drop seems to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing homes, an performance venue, an underwater office and a reservoir.
You can see the plan is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is annotated in red pen markings and features a notes section detailing various sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine construction diagrams and construction drawings, such as layouts for boat shelters.
More materials released as part of the current investigative disclosure.
